The most common way to accumulate superannuation is via an employee superannuation fund. Under current legislation most employees have the ability to nominate the fund that they want their superannuation contibutions to go into.

For an employer this can be a logistical nightmare. It is in an employers interest to ensure that employees are offered a fund that is going togive them choice in investments, competive insurance and flexibility in structure.
